The Crab with the Golden Claws in French was published first in black and white in 1941. Revised and colured again French publsihed in 1953. Here in the UK we have to wait till 1958, my first Tintin adventure courtesy of my big brother!

The Crab with the Golden Claws adventure starts at walking pace, discovery of a scrap of paper with a name on it. Which swiftly leads to being aboard the Karaboudjan.
