Hergé himself. A nod to the artist who, as we know, loved to parody himself. In many of Tintin’s adventures, he appears amongst the extras. In Tintin in the Congo, he blends in elegantly with the journalists on the station platform who had come to greet the young reporter. And as we know he was in much admiration of the journalist!
