Shipping and Handling

We aim to process your order within one to two days, depending on seasonal trade. We use first class Royal Mail, Yodel, DHL for UK deliveries and First Class Royal Mail and UPS for overseas orders. The calculator for cost will give you the price when you are in the check out section, if for over seas the cost is greater than you envisaged you are able to just cancel your order.

We do not send framed posters or lithographs outside of the UK.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch within one to two days. For UK we use first class Royal mail which is normally 2 day delivery. If your order is time sensitive we can arrange DHL service (please note they do not deliver Saturday and Sunday) for next day delivery. Costs and choice are included at the check out section.For Overseas orders, delivery time is usually 5 to 10 working days but can be as long as 21 days.

Cancellation Policy

Now this can be tricky as we process the orders fairly swiftly. So if you suddenly change your mind, it can be cancelled but we may have to charge you the shipping costs as it may well have already been dispatched. Contact us immediately by email or phone and we can sort the issue out.

Returns Policy

Our goal is to operate a no-quibble return policy. If the item does not fit, stock allowing, we will either replace or give a full refund, within one month of purchase. Either call us or email us with your query. If it is a limited edition model, call first to discuss its method of return. Due to changes in our range it is prudent to act on any issues as soon as possible. In all cases you are required to return the goods, or to make available for collection if we have agreed to collect, taking reasonable care of them whilst in your possession. This is called of duty of care. Where we have made provision to collect the goods, this duty of care expires after 21 days, where you have agreed to return the goods your duty of care continues until you do this and could be for as long as six months.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, normally on the same day, however during busy periods it may take a few days. We would always keep you updated on its progress.
